Guidance Against the Spread of Monkeypox

Upon completion of this lesson on protection against the spread of monkeypox, the learner will be able to:

1. Identify symptoms of monkeypox disease.
2. Recognize if a client or a person the learner has been in close contact with shows any of the symptoms of monkeypox disease.
3. Apply the general guidance provided in order to avoid contracting the disease.
4. Determine the best course of action to follow if the learner suspects that a person she or he was in contact with, has contracted monkeypox.
